In this 2hr workshop, Amani will be introducing students to the more subtle aspects of a yoga practice. We'll explore mudra chikitsa (therapy) and ways we can communicate our intention through our hands - the service organ of the heart. We'll discover simple mantras - using sound vibration to tune the mind and spirit, and practical ways we can begin and cultivate a meditation practice. All levels are welcome! Please bring mala beads if you have them, and some will be for sale at the studio for those that would like to purchase!
