We will begin with a simple breathing exercise to quiet your mind and prepare you for the physical practice. We will then spend the majority of the time breaking down the alignment of some of the most common yoga poses. You will learn how to turn your practice up or down a notch with modifications and the use of props. To end class we will close with a short meditation for response and reflection. You will leave with a renewed confidence in your self and your practice, ready to take on your next class!
