Exercise has always been an outlet in Niki's life. She began doing yoga as a way to complement her love of running. Niki's daily yoga practice helps her achieve more than just a healthy body - she also discovers peace of mind. She is a proud mom to three amazing children. Niki credits yoga with giving her the energy to keep up with them! Niki believes that while life can be hectic, it is beyond important to make time for your own physical and mental health. Yoga is where she takes time to quiet her mind and recharge her soul. It's rare to catch Niki without a smile on her face - her mat truly is her happy place. Niki completed her 200-hour teacher training with Maria Lages and Johnna Smith at Om Yoga in May 2015. Niki loves teaching yoga because it connects her with others and allows her to share her passion.
