Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Taking Bradley classes is a great way for you and your partner (and coach!) to prepare and plan for bringing a new life into this world! Whether you are planning a hospital, birth center, or home birth, this class series will help you prepare for labor and what to expect after your baby arrives. These classes are wonderful for first time moms and moms who have had previous births that didn't go as planned or required unwanted interventions. We believe in doing what's best for you and your baby. You will learn proper nutrition, exercise, and how to avoid medications and drugs during pregnancy and labor. Our goal is to educate and empower women and their partners to make choices that enable them to have positive pregnancy, labor, and postnatal experiences.

10-12 Week Bradley Series:
We will meet one night a week for approximately 2 hours. You will learn about the natural process of birth, how to trust and work with your body in labor, natural ways to avoid pain, and how to handle positive pain.  We will instruct coaches to help their partners relax and stay focused. Other topics include nutrition, exercise, proper breathing, the different stages of labor, and relaxation. We highly recommend making a $50.00 deposit to secure your place in class, as these classes tend to fill up fast! This deposit counts towards the total class fee of $375.00 which includes a student workbook and a resource binder full of informative materials. If needed, we offer payment plans as well.
