Through basic postures and alignment principles you will be able to discover the many benefits of yoga in a fun and safe atmosphere. This workshop covers basic principles of alignment and movement. It also includes breath work, history of yoga, yoga philosophy and relaxation techniques. You will learn how to modify or intensify poses with the use of props providing you with a safe and strong foundation for your journey into self-discovery.
