Jen Wouters

Jen loves the physical and mental challenge of a yoga practice. She sees yoga as a way of constantly learning about yourself, accessing your personal power, and viewing the world with compassion and love. Jen was raised in CA but now she’s definitely a Tar Heel for life. Jen has been practicing yoga in Charlotte since 2002 and earned her RYT200 with Jaimis Huff. She loves a challenging Power Vinyasa and can often be found practicing Ashtanga or in an arm balance. Away from the mat, you’ll find her with her husband and daughter on a journey across the Queen City or across the ocean. In the studio, you’ll find her welcoming new and experienced students with a warm smile and a great attitude. You can expect a rocking playlist and an intelligently sequenced class, full of creativity and lots of laughter. Jen hopes you can feel her love for yoga while taking her class and wants to help students develop a lifelong love for their own practice.
