Rachael co-led Om Yoga’s 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2024 (alongside Jackie Dominas) and led three 200-hour yoga teacher trainings at Carolina Yoga in Fort Mill (2020 – 2022). Before that, Rachael was part of the 2017 training at Full Circle Yoga School in Big Pine Key, FL. With a 500-hour E-RYT certification, Rachael guides practitioners of all levels on a journey of self-discovery. Rachael's unwavering belief in yoga's transformative potential shines in her classes, prioritizing mindfulness, inner peace, and self-awareness. She infuses playfulness into her teachings, encouraging handstands and arm balances, while incorporating breath ceremonies, meditation, and sound healing. But Rachael's impact transcends the mat; she's a community builder, nurturing authentic connections among her students. Her passion extends to mentoring aspiring yoga teachers, empowering the next generation to share the profound gift of yoga with the world. Jackie Dominas, E-RYT 500 Since 2006, Jackie has shared the gift of yoga and meditation with others and loves watching it’s positive impact on lives. She has over 1,000+ hours of teacher training with Bryan Kest, Yogaview in Chicago, and in 2021, completed another advanced training with Jason Crandell. For the past two years she’s studied yoga for the female body, strength, and physiology with Adelaide Meadow to deepen her knowledge of pelvic floor and true core health. She empowers students to use the yoga practice as a sustainable way to care for their body, mind, and soul. In her classes, you’ll learn how to use the yoga poses to meet your body instead of the other way around while dropping into the flow of your breath. Jackie’s biggest teacher has been her daily practice navigating different seasons of life - injuries, pregnancy, postpartum, and raising two young boys while running a successful woman’s life coaching practice. She’s passionate about teaching yoga to all ages. She teaches in-person and virtual classes, one-on-one yoga, workshops, retreats, and 200-hour yoga teacher trainings at Om Yoga since 2022.
