Rachael Lary, E-RYT 500 Meet Rachael, a dedicated yoga instructor with a global vision. Since 2012, she's shared yoga's wisdom worldwide, from the serenity of Rishikesh, India, to the picturesque landscapes of Breckenridge, CO. Rachael co-led Om Yoga’s 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2024 (alongside Jackie Dominas) and led three 200-hour yoga teacher trainings at Carolina Yoga in Fort Mill (2020 – 2022). Before that, Rachael was part of the 2017 training at Full Circle Yoga School in Big Pine Key, FL. With a 500-hour E-RYT certification, Rachael guides practitioners of all levels on a journey of self-discovery. Rachael's unwavering belief in yoga's transformative potential shines in her classes, prioritizing mindfulness, inner peace, and self-awareness. She infuses playfulness into her teachings, encouraging handstands and arm balances, while incorporating breath ceremonies, meditation, and sound healing. But Rachael's impact transcends the mat; she's a community builder, nurturing authentic connections among her students. Her passion extends to mentoring aspiring yoga teachers, empowering the next generation to share the profound gift of yoga with the world. Join Rachael for a transformative journey, embracing self-discovery, growth, and the joy of teaching aspiring yoga instructors. For more information about Rachel, click here.

Jackie Dominas, E-RYT 500 Since 2006, Jackie has shared the gift of yoga and meditation with others and loves watching it’s positive impact on lives. She has over 1,000+ hours of teacher training with Bryan Kest, Yogaview in Chicago, and in 2021, completed another advanced training with Jason Crandell. For the past two years she’s studied yoga for the female body, strength, and physiology with Adelaide Meadow to deepen her knowledge of pelvic floor and true core health. She empowers students to use the yoga practice as a sustainable way to care for their body, mind, and soul. In her classes, you’ll learn how to use the yoga poses to meet your body instead of the other way around while dropping into the flow of your breath. Jackie’s biggest teacher has been her daily practice navigating different seasons of life - injuries, pregnancy, postpartum, and raising two young boys while running a successful woman’s life coaching practice. She’s passionate about teaching yoga to all ages. She teaches in-person and virtual classes, one-on-one yoga, workshops, retreats, and 200-hour yoga teacher trainings at Om Yoga since 2022. Don't Just take our word for it

See what our past students and now accredited teachers have to say.

"I went into YTT at Om Yoga wanting to learn more about yoga and to strengthen my own personal practice. I wasn't sure if I actually wanted to teach when I was done, but I knew this was an experience I absolutely wanted for myself.  Jackie and Rachel were incredible, they each bring so much to the table, and their different strengths made for such a well-rounded YTT experience.  I gained knowledge in the history of yoga, the philosophies of yoga, anatomy, safe sequencing, assisting, and so much more.  I went into the experience-thinking it would be an in-depth study of yoga, and although it was that, it was far more...it was an in-depth study of self.  It created time, space, and accountability to explore yoga, meditation, philosophy, and to really know myself and make decisions to more fully experience my own life.  Not only did I get to know myself better, but I formed incredible relationships with the people in my cohort.  It was an intimate, honest environment that allowed for true connection. I left training prepared and confident to teach (and audition) at Om Yoga. YTT has forever changed my life and further deepened my love for yoga."

"The YTT training that Jackie Dominas and Rachael Lary led was an amazing 5-month experience filled with learning, meditation, and a deeply connected community embarking on a powerful journey together. Throughout the training, they encouraged us to challenge new and old concepts, ask why, and be authentic in our teaching. They had us practice-teach each other starting day one, which helped us apply what we were learning and build our confidence along the way. Yoga has so many layers, and they did a great job of teaching us the key aspects, including its rich history, the spiritual/energetic side, and the physical aspects of yoga to support all body types. Going into this experience, I wasn’t sure if I was going to teach, but by the end I felt knowledgeable and confident enough to lead others. The experience was life changing for me as an individual, and it created lasting friendships with an amazing group of people."

"I feel like I can actually teach real humans yoga!!! That is so darn cool. I have a long way to go, and I will always be growing and learning and improving... but the fact that I can actually offer humans a guided yoga, meditation, breathwork session, and feel authentic in that, is so AMAZING and EXCITING. I feel like so many things that I have spent money on in the past do not actually leave me feeling at the end like I am actually ready to do the thing... so that is truly incredible, and such a testament to our ROCKSTAR TEACHERS!!! I didn’t anticipate the challenge of this program but I also hadn’t anticipated the growth. I could not be more grateful for the way that this training and our facilitators set this program up so that we could actually come out the other side feeling successful in receiving the knowledge that we came for, successful and confident in teaching. From day one we were being pushed up against our edge in the most loving and supportive way possible, so that we could see the fruits of our growth on the other side. What a gift!"
