Don't Just take our word for it

See what our past students and now accredited teachers have to say.

"Rachael was the reason I went through with YTT. Thanks to her encouragement, guidance, and inspiring personality, I knew it was something I would benefit from. I looked forward to YTT weekends, specifically her portion of teaching, each month. She is such a holistic teacher: mind body and spirit are all addressed and tended to. The guided meditations, aromatherapy, music, and journaling were so healing for me during a difficult time in my life. Learning about the eight limb path and the seven chakras is something I will carry with me forever."

Michele Smith

Class of 2022

"YTT was a goal of mine for years and I was always told it would be life changing. And boy was that the truth! Jackie and Maria were the best teachers I could ask for. They were organized with the curriculum, encouraging with our progress when building sequences, gracious with their feedback, and did an excellent job having guest speakers come in to cover topics. We had a lot to cover in a short amount of time but I looked forward to stepping into the studio every YTT weekend. Plus the yogi friends I made in YTT are now friends for life! It’s an experience I wish everyone could go through and I would encourage anyone to do it, regardless if it’s just for you or for the goal of teaching. I look forward to my next YTT!"

Ali Lindsay

Class of 2022

"I first heard of Rachael at the end of a yoga class, when I overheard the owner of the previous studio where she taught, recommending and praising her to another student. It didn't take long before I attended my first class with her, and I immediately understood why she was held in such high regard. Rachael's expertise in yoga is truly remarkable. Her well-rounded knowledge spans across various aspects of yoga, from philosophy to asana practice. She stood out as the lead teacher in the YTT program I was part of. Each session felt like a journey of self-discovery, and I was profoundly enriched by her guidance. I wholeheartedly recommend training with her."
