Om Yoga's gentle yoga class is the perfect introductory class for students new to yoga. You can use this class as a springboard to our more vinyasa style yoga classes or stay with this style if you prefer a more gentle approach to yoga. In this class you will improve your overall mobility and build strength as you move through simple transitions. This class is specifically catered to beginners, active seniors, and students of all ages with limitations that might affect their ability to participate in high intensity/ weight bearing exercises.
