In our slow flow classes you will be guided through a slower paced flow of foundational yoga poses to help you build strength and increase flexibility and balance. Our teachers will give plenty of modifications and advancements to support you wherever you are in your practice. You will learn the principles of alignment, breath and movement -- while enjoying the peace and tranquilly that yoga brings.
